Through the Stars Officiant Services has specialized in officiant services in the San Joaquin County area since 2019. Antonio and Savannah provide non-judgmental officiant services throughout the year. As ordained ministers, we believe we bring a unique perspective plus new and timeless ideas into the entire process.
