San Joaquin County Couples! Now You Can Easily Fill Out Your Marriage License Online.

Filling out the marriage license application can be a confusing process. To help people properly fill out the application, San Joaquin County now allows you to enter your information into a form online that auto-populates the marriage license application.

All you have to do is go to: https://www.sjgov.org/department/reccoclk/grantorgrantee

Click "I Accept" at the bottom of the page and then you will be taken to the San Joaquin County Assessor Recorder-County Clerk Online Services page. Click on "Marriage License Application" to begin entering in all of you and your partner's information. At the end of the application, you will be shown the final populated application. Be sure to verify that all of the information is correct before clicking the "Complete" button. 

On the next screen, enter your name and select the "Place your Order" button. Once your order is submitted write down your Order # and go into the Recorder-County Clerk's office to complete the process. When you and your partner go into the office, just make sure that you both bring valid forms of identification.
