$100 non-refundable deposit. Remaining balance of $1050 is due 30 days prior to the wedding date. All booking requests are subject to prior approval. By booking online, you are not forming a contract with Through The Stars. Booking shall be confirmed after both you and Through The Stars have signed the service contract that will be provided by email. If your booking is subsequently rejected, your payment will be refunded in full (including any otherwise non-refundable deposits).
All appointments are subject to a $100 non-refundable deposit. If we are unavailable for your appointment date/time, any deposit made will be refunded to you. Refunds are available if cancellation is made at least 60 days prior to the scheduled appointment (excluding the non-refundable deposit). Payment is forfeited if you do not arrive within one hour of your scheduled appointment. If you request a refund and the payment was made through PayPal, your fee will be refunded minus the transaction fee of 2.9% plus $0.30 per transaction. For services of $210 or more, the balance is due 30 days before your wedding day and if paid early, is refundable up until 60 days before your wedding day.
